(Tuberculin Tested), Grade "A," Grade "A" (Pasteurised), and
Pasteurised.
Every license granted is valid for a period ending on the 31st
day of December in the year in respect of which it is granted.
During the year 1926 the following licenses were granted: —
Dealers licenses to use the designation " Certified Milk " 25
Dealers licenses to use the designation Grade " A." (Tuberculin Tested) including
two bottling establishments and two supplementary licenses 27
Dealers licenses to use the designation Grade "A " 9
„ „ „ „ Grade "A" (Pasteurised) 2
„ „ „ „ Pasteurised 20
Total 93
During the year 7 samples of " Certified " milk and 4 samples
of Grade "A" (Tuberculin Tested) milk were taken for the purpose
of ascertaining whether they complied with the bacteriological
standard.
The results of the examinations are shown in the following
tables : —
