food complained of by members of the public.

FOOD HYGIENE (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 1960
All food premises are inspected by the Public Health Inspectors
and during the year written notice of requirements under the Regulations
was given in respect of 36 premises.
Legal proceedings were taken in respect of two premises. In
one case a fine of £1 was imposed in respect of each of four infringements
of the Regulations with £3.3.0 costs. In the other case a
fine of £25 was imposed in respect of one infringement of the Regulations
and £5 in respect of each of two other infringements with
£5.5.0 costs
