PHARMACY AND POISONS ACT, 1933.
Thirty-eight premises were entered on the Council's list for
the year under report.
As a result of informal samples being purchased, it was found
that two contraventions of the Act occurred, poisons being sold
wrongly by listed vendors. A warning was given in both cases.
