Nine other offences were reported to the Public
Health Committee in connection with the sale of margarine,
and two in connection with the sale of preserved
cream, the offence in each case being in respect
of the labelling of such articles. These, being either
first offences or of a trifling character, were dealt with
by cautionary letter.
