During the year 835 inspections of milkshops were
made by the Inspectors, and 167 notices were served
under the Public Health (London) Act, 1891.
Legal Proceedings.—No prosecutions were undertaken
under the Dairies, Cowsheds and Milkshops
Orders of 1885 and 1886.
ICE CREAM PREMISES.
137 visits were paid to these premises by the
District Inspectors during 1919. No legal proceedings
were taken in respect of the manufacture or sale of ice
cream.

PREMISES.
At the end of 1919 there were 43 fried fish
vendors' premises in the Borough, at one of which fish
