Canal Boats Acts.
During the year Inspector Auger inspected 5 canal boats, which were
registered for the occupation of 11 adults and 6 children, and were occupied
by 10 adults and 8 children. He served a notice in respect of the damp and
dirty condition of one boat, which has since ceased to be occupied. The
regulations were complied with on the other four boats.
Inhabited House Duty.
Applications for certificates under Section 11 of the Inland Revenue
Act, 1903, were received during 1918 in respect of 2 houses comprising
4 tenements. These were granted.
The Rag Flock Act, 1911.
No samples were taken under this Act during 1919.
