1,756 Statutory notices (comprising 2,810 items) were served during 1919
and the early part of 1920, following non-compliance with these intimation
notices. These arc also classified in tables 11, 12, 13 and 14, on pages 114
and 115.
The following prosecutions were undertaken during the year in respect of
general sanitary work:—
