Bakehouses.—At the end of the year there were 176 bakehouses on the
register, including 30 factory bakehouses. 128 of these were underground
bakehouses, of which 40 were unoccupied.
Restaurant Kitchens.—At the end of 1916, 304 restaurant kitchens were on
the register.
