The total number of deaths from these diseases Was 831, 158
in Clapham, 82 in Putney. 263 in Streatham, 86 in Tooting, and
232 in Wandsworth.
From all infective diseases the death-rate was 2.50 per 1,000,
(2.65 in Clapham, 2.86 in Putney, 2.55 in Streatham, 2.48 in Tooting
and 2.32 in Wandsworth).
