N.B.— Of the patients removed to Hospital, the following were reported not to be suffering from the diseases notified : —
Scarlet fever 61 ; diphtheria 22 ; typhoid or enteric 3 ; cerebrospinal fever 2 ; Measles 9 and Whooping Cough 2.

1907 Poliomyelitis acuta on September Ist, 1911; Ophthalmia Neonatorum on March 13th, 1911, Pulmonary Tuberculosis (Poor
Law cases) on Jan. Ist, 1909, Pulmonary Tuberculosis (Hospital cases) on May Ist 1911. Pulmonary Tuberculosis (Private cases)
on Jan. let, 1912, and Tuberculosis (Pulmonary ami Non-pulmonary) on February Ist, 1913, Whooping Cough on January Ist, 1913,
and Measles and German Messles on January Ist, 1916, whilst Chicken-pox was compulsorily notifiable as follows -.— 1902
(February 7th to December 31st), 1903 (January Ist to 6th), 1904 (April Bth to November Bth), 1911 (March 22nd to June 22nd)
and 1915 (March 17th to June 30th), the numbers of cases notified being respectively 1560, 40, 556, 238 and 473.
