During 1915 no houses were registered under the new by-laws.
372 houses are registered under the old by-laws.

[And Section 35 of the Housing, Town Planning, etc., Act, 1909).
During 1915, 57 certificates under the Revenue Act, 1903, in
connection with tenements (or dwellings) so constructed as to afford
suitable, separate accommodation for each of the families inhabiting
the same, were applied for, and of these 29 were granted unconditionally
and 28 were refused.
