N.B.—The births in Stockwell Sub-District are divided equally between the Inner and Outer Sub-Districts of the Borough
for the purpose of calculating the comparative rates of such Sub-districts.
The births are those of infants of (a) civilians and (b) non-civilians, whereas the estimated populations are civil
populations only. The rates are, consequently, untrustworthy.
