populations only. These estimates are based upon the estimate for the whole
Country (England and Wales) and on the number of persons in the Borough
according to the Census 1911 and the National Register 1915—the estimate
of the civil population of the whole Country (England and Wales), as a whole,
being also based upon the number of persons enumerated in 1911 (Census)
and the number on the National Register in 1915.
