beginning of the year under Part I. or Part II. of the Housing Act
of 1890.
Kilburn Vale Area.— Represented on 8th June, 1903, under Part I.
Housing of the Working Classes Act, 1890.
This area, which has been the subject of much consideration
since it first came under review, shortly after the Borough Council was
created in 1900, was again considered in detail during the year.
