Want of Breast Milk has been included under Atrophy and Debility.
The following information specially asked for in the Memorandum
of the Ministry is furnished in relation to the incidence of puerperal
fever, ophthalmia neonatorum, measles, whooping cough, diarrhœa,
polio-myelitis, &c.
