ICE CREAM MANUFACTURERS.
The London County Council (General Powers)
Act, 1902, which came into operation on the 1st
November, 1902, by Part VIII., made provision for the
regulation, manufacture, and sale of ice cream or other
similar commodities.
The duty of obtaining the necessary information
for the registration of premises upon which ice creams
are made was carried out by Sanitary Inspectors
S. Huggons Brown and C. Gee. At the present time
there are 230 premises upon the register and 14 notices
have been served, all of which have been complied
with.
The following is a table in reference to the
above-named premises, etc.

of milk premises situated in the Borough was carried
out by Sanitary Inspector Gee.
