These figures relate to Hampstead "resident" civilians only.
Sailors, soldiers, airmen, and "non-residents" are not included. The
whole epidemic will be dealt with by me later in a Special Report.
No pronounced occurrence of the disease among females can be
deduced from these figures when it is remembered that, at the age
