inclusive have been estimated from the Census Populations of 1901 and 1911. For the
year 1915 the population is the CIVIL population as estimated by the Registrar-General
from the National Register; the birth-rate for 1915 is calculated on the estimated
population at the middle of 1914, and the death-rates on the above estimated Civil
population.
