1. Includes Small-pox, Measles, Scarlet Fever, Diphtheria, Whooping-cough, Typhus Fever, Enteric (or Typhoid) Fever
Simple Continued Fever, and Diarrhœa. Thirty-three of the deaths occurred in Hospitals without the Borough.
3. Includes Phthisis, Scrofula, Tuberculosis, Rickets, and Tabes.
4. Includes Debility, Atrophy, Inanition, Want of Breast-milk, and Premature Birth.
5. Includes Hydrocephalus, Infantile Meningitis, Convulsions, and Teething.
