The accommodation provided at the new premises in Watson
Street consists of a detached building containing two separate and
distinct tenements, each consisting of two bedrooms, kitchen, larder,
bathroom, and w.c. One family, consisting of four persons, used the
Shelter during the year.

MORTUARY KEEPER.
1 regret to report that the Mortuary Keeper, J. H. Slocombe,
died on 10th October, 1910, from blood poisoning, unfortunately
contracted whilst assisting at a post mortem.
INQUESTS.
The number of inquests held on inhabitants of Deptford during
the year was 121, of which 79 were held in the borough, the remaining
42 being on residents of Deptford who died in public institutions
outside the borough.
