TUBERCULOSIS.
The number of deaths from tuberculosis in 1911 was 70. Of these,
56 deaths were due to pulmonary tuberculosis or consumption. 7 to
tubercular meningitis, and 7 to other forms of tuberculosis.
The following table shows the number of deaths and the death, rates from tuberculosis and from consumption respectively since 1899:—
