N.B.—George and Christopher Eslin may have contracted the infection from Bridget Archer at the Workhouse. They were all three
removed to the Receiving Ward from the Workhouse on June 16th.
The dates after the names in Tables V. and VI. are those of sickening (or showing the presence of Diphtheria bacilli in the
throats or noses) and removal to Hospital respectively.
