A sample of a preservative named "Keypsit" was
examined and was found to be a chemical, which, in
the opinion of an Inspector of Foods of the Local
Government Board, shonld be included in any schedule
of prohibited preservatives. In the absence, however,
of any legislation on the subject, and of any instance
