By the term "Non-residents" is meant persons brought into the district on account of sickncss
or infirmity, and dying in public institutions there; and by the term "esidents" is meant persons who
have been taken out of the district on account of sickness or infirmity, and have died in public institutions
elsewhere.
N.B.— he year 1900 refers to the old areas of the St. Giles and Holborn District Boards of Works.
