Of the above samples eleven were examined by the Clinical
Research Association, Ltd., and the remainder by the Public
Analyst. No action could be taken in the case of adultered samples,
owing to the fact that they were purchased privately and not divided
in the official manner. The knowledge gained proved most useful
when dealing with the vendors upon subsequent occasions.

The following Samples were taken on delivery from wholesale
firms delivering goods into the Borough.
