FOOD SUPPLY.
Milk.
There are 193 milkshops on the register compared with 249
at the end of 1908, a number of unsuitable premises having
been removed under the powers conferred upon the Council
by the London County Council General Powers Act, 1908,
and the occupiers of others have been required to carry out
various alterations to protect the milk from contamination.
