work has comprised meat inspection and seizure, registration and

premises wherein food is prepared, e.g., sausage manufacturers,
potted meats, etc. Other premises in which the sale and preparation
of food in various ways is carried on, such as ice-cream shops,
butchers' shops, restaurant kitchens, etc., have been visited and
inspected systematically by the Council's Officers.
