The Workhouse is within the Borough, and is situate at New End in No. 1 (Town) Ward.
Isolation Hospitals are provided by the Metropolitan Asylums Board, and residents of Hampstead suffering from infectious disease are
usually sent to the North Western Hospital, which is within the Borough, and is situate at Lawn Road, in No. 2 (Belsize) Ward.
