decided, on July 28th, 1904, to take on lease for 7, 14, or 21
years, for the purposes of a Milk Depot, the premises known as
66, York Road, Westminster Bridge Road, at a yearly rental of
£70 per annum as and from September quarter, 1904. These
premises are equidistant from three large Hospitals (Waterloo
Road Hospital, Lying-in Hospital, and St. Thomas' Hospital), and
the internal arrangement of the rooms is such as to be readily
adapted for the necessary alterations. Instructions have
been given for the necessary plant to be provided, and fitted
up, in the premises at an initial cost of £250 (estimated) as
follows :—
