†Tuberculosis voluntarily notifiable throughout the Borough since June 1st, 1902.
*Chicken-pox compulsorily notifiable throughout the Borough (the whole of the Administrative County of London) from
February 7th, 1902, to January 6th, 1903—10 cases being notified compulsorily by medical men, and 316 by others, during 1903.
N.B.—32 other diseases (not classified) i.e., Rheumatic Fever, Pneumonia, etc., were also dealt with during 1903.
