The following is a list of the 31 bakehouses certified as
suitable by the Council. In two cases the alterations had not
been completed at the time of writing, and the certificates
have not yet been granted.

In the following 16 cases the use of the bakehouse
was discontinued. In 9 cases the occupier removed to a
newly-built bakehouse in or near the same premises, in
6 cases the shop was closed or used for another business,
and in one case the occupier continues to sell bread, but has
it baked by another baker.
