The birth rate for the County of London equals 28.5, and
varies from 13.1 in the City of London, 17.9 in the City of
Westminster, up to 36.2 in Finsbury, and 38.0 in Stepney.

Borough are not to hand, as the Superintendent-Registrar for the
Woolwich Union finds himself unable to supply the particulars
for the parishes of Charlton and Kidbrooke.

BIRTHS.
The total number of births registered during the year 1902
has been 2,802, of which 1,466 were males, and 1,336 females.
This gives a birth rate of 28.13 per 1,000 of the population, and
as the number of deaths was 1,522, it will be seen that the natural
increment of the population equals 1,280 persons.
