Diseases of the Heart.
142 deaths were ascribed to diseases of the heart.
Diseases and Accidents of Parturition.
Six deaths were registered as due to diseases and accidents of
parturition.
The total number of deaths reported as occurring within 21
days of childbirth was 16, the causes assigned being : —
