RESPIRATORY DISEASES.
The deaths from chest diseases other than Phthisis and Pulmonary
Influenza were 562, being about 21 per cent, of the total mortality
from all causes, and corresponding to a rate of 4.5 per thousand
population at all ages.
Table " H " separates the mortality into quarters, shews the age
distribution, and also the rainfall and mean temperature for each
month of the year.
