We are not aware of any grounds for thinking that at any
time more than 90 per cent. of Londoners have been vaccinated.
Judging from the vaccination returns the proportion would seem
to be less than this, and the evidence derived from local
investigations supports the latter view.
The per centage of children not finally accounted for as regards vaccination in London is given as follows, by the Local Government Board, for the years since 1872:—
