THE NOTIFICATION AND PREVENTION OF INFECTIOUS
DISEASE.
During the year there were notified 258 cases of infectious disease: the
corresponding number for 1895, 1896, 1897, and 1898 being 333, 280, 339,
and 283 respectively.
