Mothercraft classes are also carried on at the Greek Street, Rochester
Row and Mayfair Centres by the Health Society. These also show an
increase in attendances.
The total attendances at all the Centres were 4,865, compared with
4,621 in 1923, and 3,585 in 1922.

Materials are purchased in quantity, and sold to the mothers at cost
price. The number of garments made at Pimlico Road were 226;
at Bessborough Street, 199; at Rochester Row, 1,245; and at Greek
Street and Mayfair, 1,210. In addition to which many renovations
were carried out.

Attendance during Confinement.—The Council's midwife attended necessitous women and emergency cases in the Pimlico area.
