Gentlemen,
I have to report that during the Quarter ending
March 25th, 1875, no sample was submitted to me for analysis by
the Inspectors.

During the Quarter ending September 29th, 1874, fourteen articles of food and drink were submitted to me for analysis by the Inspectors; and the articles Were all duly analysed by me, with the following results:—
