instances, with the result that 40, or 6.7 per cent., were found to be adulterated
with water or deprived of their fat.

On Sundays 150, of which 13, or 8.7, were adulterated.
On Weekdays 327, of which 27, or 8.2, were adulterated.
At Railway Stations 120, none of which was adulterated.
