ST. MARTIN'S LANE IMPROVEMENT.
The Vestry having purchased the sites of No. 113,114, and 115,
St. Martin's Lane in connection with their New Vestry Hall and
Free Library have effected an improvement by setting back the
line of new buildings to the general frontage line.
The necessary alterations in the footway and carriageway have
been effected at a cost of £51 4s. 6d.
WHITCOMB STREET IMPROVEMENT.
This improvement has, so far as the roadway is concerned, been
effected, though the footway paving has not been laid owing to
building operations. The cost to date has been £77 7s. 3d.
