or other Officer holding house property in the Parish in
which he acts, or acting as a Collector of rents or Agent in
respect of other property in such Parish. The Committee
had not reported on the subject at the end of the year.
Generally.—A list of the Officers of the Vestry, and
their respective salaries, will be found on page 110.
STANDING ORDERS.
Operative Resolutions in the nature of Standing Orders
have been passed during the year as follows :—
That the Reporters attending Vestry meetings be provided
with accommodation at the head of the table in the
centre of the Vestry Hall immediately in front of the
Chairman, in lieu of the accommodation now provided.

That Mr. T. H. Hooper, the Sanitary and Surveyor's
Clerk, whose time is at present divided between
the Sanitary Inspectors and the Surveyor, be
regularly in attendance in the Surveyor's office, and,
in future, carry out any work he may have to do for
the Sanitary Inspectors in the Surveyor's office.

That the minimum wages of every workman employed by
the Vestry be 22s. per week, the hours for working
being the same as at present. (Vol. I., No. 11, p. 79.)
That it be an instruction to the Rate Collectors in all
cases to enforce the payment of fees paid for Rate
Summonses. (F. 9, p. 6.)
