That in future all tenders invited by this Committee for
works, goods or materials be submitted to the Committee
enclosed, and that they be opened by the
Acting Chairman of the Committee. (W. 15, p. 149.)
That it be an instruction to the Sanitary Officers to
prepare and keep a Register of all Bakehouses in this
Parish. (Vol. I., No. 24, p. 198.)
BYE-LAWS.
The following new Bye-laws have been adopted by the
Vestry during the year, and, in the case of the first one,
received the approval of the Secretary of State.
Any person, not being a Vestryman, who shall be guilty
of disorderly conduct, or who shall interfere with or
interrupt the business or proceedings of the Vestry,
and who shall not withdraw when called upon by the
Chairman to do so, shall be liable on summary conviction
to a penalty not exceeding forty shillings.
The Acts of all Committees of the Vestry shall be submitted
to the Vestry for approval as required by
18 and 19 Vic., c. 129, s. 58, at the Vestry Meeting
next following the meeting of such Committees, and
the Minutes of such Committees shall be then read.

CHURCHWARDENS.
Churchwardens were appointed by the Vestry on the
18th day of April, 1895, when Mr. John Malin was elected
Senior Churchwarden and Mr. Samuel Morle was chosen
Junior Churchwarden for the ensuing year.
