BOROUGH OF PADDINGTON.
of Paddington shall be ex-officio members,
but every resolution of such Committee in
relation to such questions shall be subject to
confirmation by the Vestry, and shall have
no force until so confirmed.
A Committee of Management was appointed for
St. Mary's Churchyard, Northern Portion, consisting
of Seven Members, agreeing to meet on 2nd Monday
in November, 3rd Monday in April, and 2nd Monday
in July, at 10.15 a.m.; and a Board of Control for
St. Mary's Churchyard, Southern Portion, consisting
of Six Members, was appointed, agreeing to meet on
the before-mentioned dates, at 10 a.m.
Fire Hydrants.
The London County Council has ordered the Grand
Junction Water Works Co., to fix Fire Hydrants in
this Parish in connection with their mains. Up to
25th March 167 were fixed and supplied with water.
There are 291 more to be fixed, making a total of 458.
In addition to these there are some fixed belonging to
private individuals.
Overhead Wires Act.
This Act was passed in July, 1891, to provide for
the control and regulation of Overhead Wires in the
administrative County of London. It was left with
the London County Council to draw up By-laws and
submit the same to the Board of Trade for approval.

The following table will show the cost per horse per week for keep and bedding, the average cost being 16s. 3.02d.:—
