1. — The Vestry hereby undertake the entire care,
management and control of the said churchyard.
2.—The Vestry will defray the charges for maintaining
and keeping up the said churchyard,
and will appoint and pay a fit and proper
person or persons to maintain order.
3.—The Vestry may hold and administer the
powers of management and control acquired
by them under this Agreement in manner
and subject to the conditions prescribed in
the said Act, and also subject to the terms
of this Agreement.
4.—The said churchyard shall be and remain
open daily to the public during the following
hours (that is to say), from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
during the month of August; from 7 a.m.
to 9 p.m. during the months of June and
July; from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the
months of March, April, May, and September;
and from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the
months of October, November, December,
January and February.
5.—The Vestry shall refer the consideration of
all questions respecting the management
of the said churchyard to a Committee of
not more than seven in number, of which
Committee the Vicar and the Church wardens
