BOROUGH OF PADDINGTON.
XXVII. Three Polling Stations for Ward 2.
On the 15th July, 1890, the Vestry Resolved, on
the Motion of Mr. T. G. Fardell, L.C.C.—" That,
with a view of meeting the expressed wishes of
Ratepayers, the Churchwardens be requested to
provide at all future Vestry Elections three PollingStations
for Ward 2." This request was complied
with, and the Election of May, 1891, carried out in
the manner suggested.
XXVIII. Barrable's Bequest.
The legacy received from the estate of the late
Mr. Barrable, viz., £1,000 (less duty 10 per cent.),
the dividends of which are to be applied for the
benefit of the poor of this Parish in such form as the
Vestry shall in their absolute discretion think fit,
has been placed on deposit at the London and
County Bank, Bays water Branch, in the joint names
of the Manager (Mr. G. Martin), and the Vestry
Clerk (Mr. Dethridge).
XXIX. Simmonds' Bequest.
The Bequest of Mrs. Simmonds has been referred
to the Churchwardens to be dealt with by them in
accordance with the last Will and Testament of the
Testatrix.
