In addition to the above, the Valuation (Metropolis) Act, 1869, provides that the Valuation List shall be revised every five years, and last year (1890) being the fifth year the Churchwardens and Overseers performed this laborious task and deposited with the Committee the Valuation List of the Parish for 1890, contained in twelve books (twenty-four books in duplicate), comprising the following Assessments:—
