Camberwell Division. These arrangements, it will
be seen, were subsequently altered by the action of
Parliament.
On the passing of the Bill through Parliament
the Vestry were surprised to find that Mr. Grantham
—with the approval of Sir Charles Dilke—had given
notice of amendment to add the Hamlet of Penge
to the Dulwich Division, and the following letter
was received from the Secretary to the Commission :

1 may, however, point out that Mr. Grantham, M.P. proposes to move in Committee on the Redistribution Bill an amendment which, if carried, would divide the Borough as follows :
