Infantile Mortality.—The deaths under 1 year of age in the
Borough during 1925 numbered 268. This is an increase of 14
upon the number of infants' deaths recorded during 1924. The
infant mortality rate for the year is 65 per 1,000 births.
The causes of death are set out in the following table:—
