The Court also granted an abatement order for the work required
by the notices to be abated within a specified period.
COMPLAINTS.
The number of complaints received from the 1st January to
31st December, 1951 was 789 which is a considerable decrease over
the same period in 1950.
The complaints received have been classified as follows:—
