    Bulk v. Wrapped Referring to the table below, which deals with some comparisons between the bacteriological condition of bulk and wrapped supplies, it would appear when comparing percentages for 1953 with those for 1952 that the bulk supply is either improving or that the advice given by the Sanitary Inspectors as to the keeping and cleansing of the servers is showing a dividend. Either or both explanations are welcomed.
